HomeHappy is committed to making every effort to protect the privacy of your personal information. Therefore it can not transfer them to any third party (natural or legal) for any reason other than where there is a legal requirement or to provide you with the services you requested (eg courier).

The underage guests have access to our services only with the consent of their parents or guardians, while in case of submission of personal data by minors, HomeHappy will immediately delete all relevant information.

Personal data is collected when you create an account in our online store. When creating an account you may be asked for more details, however the minimum for concluding and executing the contract will have the mandatory field marking.

Also, by creating an account in our e-shop you can edit the data to add or remove items. This information will be used to make the order completion process easier each time you visit our e-shop and choose to be logged in.

Order Fullfilment
